Order Processing

At Roo Outdoors, we prioritize getting your outdoor and camping gear to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with shipping details.

Domestic Shipping (USA and Europe)

We offer free shipping for all orders within the USA and Europe.

• USA Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically within 7 days from the date of shipment.
• Europe Shipping: Estimated delivery time is typically within 15 days from the date of shipment.

International Shipping

For customers outside of the USA and Europe, we offer international shipping to various destinations. Shipping rates, delivery times, and availability may vary depending on your location. We aim to provide the best possible service to our international customers, ensuring your outdoor adventures are well-equipped no matter where you are.

Customs and Duties

• Import Charges: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) in the destination country. These charges are incurred once the shipment reaches your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate its arrival time.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
